Our
Story

Founder, mum, military spouse, former Government professional.
At 37, I became a new mum.
At 14 months old, my son watched his dad deploy.
For six months, it was just the two of us.
No family nearby.
No support.
Extreme sleep deprivation.
Illness.
Career change.
Rebuilding my life from scratch.
I quit my decade-long career in Government.
I retrained as a reformer Pilates instructor.
I opened a 1:1 studio while solo-parenting.
I didn’t have time for perfect wellness.
I needed survival-first wellness.
Strength that worked under pressure.
Tools that helped at 2 a.m.
A method that honoured my reality, not the ideal one.
